What it is
Starting from an assembly or high-quality genome, we annotate the strain and screen it for antimicrobial-resistance genes (CARD/RGI), virulence factors (VFDB), and metabolic gene clusters — placing each finding in the context of the species pangenome.
The result is a decision-ready safety and function profile: which genes are present, how confident each call is, and which findings might be exclusion signals for a live biotherapeutic candidate.
Demo data — genes detected per category.
What you get
- Annotated genome (genes, operons, mobile elements)
- Antibiotic-resistance profile with confidence and coverage
- Virulence-factor profile screened against curated databases
- Metabolic gene clusters (e.g. gutSMASH)
- Pangenome context: core vs. accessory gene presence/absence
- A written safety assessment flagging exclusion signals
