What it is
We build strain-specific detection panels and follow your strains of interest across a longitudinal sample series — distinguishing durable engraftment from transient passage after dosing.
Using strain-resolved k-mer methods, we report presence and relative abundance at each timepoint, so you can see engraftment take hold (or not) with sensitivity that species-level profiling can't provide.
Demo data — a tracked strain engrafting vs. a transient strain.
What you get
- Per-strain engraftment calls (present / absent, per timepoint)
- Longitudinal abundance trajectories per subject
- Engraftment vs. transient discrimination
- Detection-sensitivity estimates for each target strain
- Custom tracking panels built for your consortium
